Collin Roland- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Certifications in Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance Training
I am Tybald Jourdan and I am a personal trainer and boxing instructor. I am certified by IPTA and EREPS. I speak 3 languages English, French, and Spanish. I have lived in Europe as well as Asia. My background in fitness comes to playing team sports in my youth through high school. I have been a personal trainer since 2019 and I enjoy nothing more than helping people reach their fitness goals and gain more confidence. I use boxing in a way to release all the tension or stress as well as its phenomenal cardio. I’ve participated in a few Tough Mudder competitions as well. I am able to train people of all levels of ability and to set up proper challenges for growth.
My experience in personal training is 1-on-1 resistance training to help build muscle and curb fat. I coach group classes with a mix of HIIT and strength training. When it comes to boxing I run drills on different bags and provide proper footwork and punching techniques.

Serena Tedsco
“I have been an athlete and fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing sports year-round, specifically competitive basketball. It was after college was when I discovered my love for weightlifting and resistance training, and decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Women’s Fitness Specialist. I have a diverse range of experience, and love learning about new ways to make fitness effective and fun for my clients. I am most passionate about helping others find their strength and confidence through fitness, both physically and mentally.
In my free time you will find me hanging out with my son and husband, working out (surprise!) taking walks with my dog, Lincoln (while listening to true crime podcasts), cooking, baking, and during the summer months, chasing the sun as much as possible.”

Keegan Thorpe – N.A.S.M. CPT CES
My name is Keegan Thorpe. I’m a personal Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist certified with the National Association of Sports Medicine.
I’ve been involved in sports my whole life, however, I began training and instructing fitness classes about six years ago. I was initially drawn to this field while rehabbing an occupational injury from working in construction. I gradually shifted my regular job to fitness because it’s just a lot more fun and rewarding. I get to relive that experience through others and it never seems like work.
All types of fitness interest me but I focus on Corrective Exercise and Small Group Training the most. That’s where I feel like I have the biggest impact. I look forward to helping you be the best version of yourself!

Hannah J.N. Brouwer MAT, LAT, EMT, SFMA
Hannah embarked on a 12-year journey to identify gaps in the healthcare system. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance, specializing in exercise science and sports nutrition, Hannah gained valuable experience by immersing herself in various roles within the hospital and emergency settings. Her goal was to improve the healthcare provided to patients by shadowing and engaging with professionals from different disciplines, identifying the greatest challenges and limitations regarding insurance, time for provider-patient interactions, and the quality of education and progression of treatment.
During her time working abroad in Ethiopia and Guatemala, as well as in various locations across Alaska, Montana, Washington, Minnesota, Virginia, and Colorado, Hannah discovered a common thread that hindered patients in all treatments. This limitation, which transcended language, setting, activity, experience, and age, was dysfunctional movement. It was affecting the quality of life and hindering individuals from achieving their goals.
Motivated by this realization, Hannah returned to school to obtain her master’s degree in Athletic Training. This exposed her to numerous manual therapy techniques and broadened her perspective on biomechanics.
Now, she applies her extensive experience and training to optimize efficiency in treatments and improve communication in education and coaching. By doing so, she eliminates barriers and empowers individuals with limited resources to find success in their own journey.
