Owning the post-purchase experience for customers, the full-time Senior Ecommerce Manager will manage cancellation flows, order management, loyalty, and referral experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build new features and improve retention metrics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee customer engagement and performance after purchase, focusing on cancellation flows and loyalty programs Develop and launch new post-purchase features through collaboration with the Retention team, Engineering, and Data Analyze engagement metrics and retention data to identify improvement opportunities and inform upsell and cross-sell strategies Required qualifications 3-7 years of experience in product management, eCommerce, or retention-focused roles, preferably in a DTC environment Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows in design and development, such as Claude Code and Claude Design Strong background in analytics and retention reporting tools like GA4 or Heap Experience in customer research and UX design methodologies Knowledge of pricing strategies, including modeling and testing platforms like Intelligems
