Concierge Position at The Pointe at MeridianPay $18.00/hourPart-time Fri 4p-7p, Sat/Sun 9a-5pThis position is scheduled for alternating Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position will also provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis during the week. The Concierge answers telephones, greets guests, and responds to residents' requests and assist in coordination of services to residents. The Concierge assists in providing services to residents, families, and guests.Primary Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming phone callsAssist residents, families, and visitors with questions and requestsReceive and distribute packagesTake and process to-go dinner ordersConduct community tours for prospective residents and familiesStock and maintain the Country StoreConfirm resident transportation rides and scheduled outingsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public restrooms on weekendsProvide occasional assistance with additional administrative or hospitality-related tasks as neededQualifications:Positive, professional, and friendly demeanorAbility to remain cheerful and composed in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programsReliable attendance and punctualityRequirements Upon Hire:Must successfully obtain an Idaho State Fingerprint Background Check (facility-paid)Must obtain CPR Certification (facility-paid)Must complete two full paid days of state-required Relias trainingMust complete approximately two weekdays of front desk training prior to working independentlyThere is no greater way to elevate your career than by contributing your passion and skill to a senior living community.
